CU are one of the largest distributors in the UK consumer electronic market and Kaiser Baas wanted to take advantage of this opportunity to launch into a new market and establish their brand. Viv Henderson, Marketing Manager for Kaiser Baas explains, “Our objectives in attending the CU Exposed 2015 trade show were to help establish new relationships, generate buzz and create sales and potential leads in Europe. There were several challenges to be overcome, to successfully participate at CU Exposed: We had undergone a rebranding in the last 12 months and had no up to date trade show material. We needed a premium expo display product that would last past the first trade show and survive regular shipping. Launching our brand in a new market, we really wanted to stand out and make our mark at this event. Our display had to look the part. We urgently had to find a supplier that could do the job within the tight deadline We jumped online to search for suppliers and came across BannerSHOP. It was very comprehensive, easy to understand, had all the sizes listed and this helped us to even upgrade some of the original products we had selected. The communication was fantastic, even to the point where they picked up a slight smudge error on one of the jobs and they came up with an immediate resolution and still had it delivered on time. From the account manager to staff at the warehouse, all the staff we dealt with took that extra level of care. The level of ethics was extremely high and dealing with all of the BannerSHOP staff has been absolutely fantastic, from start to finish. We chose the premium expo wall package consisting of 2 x RBP 850 Pull Up banners, 3m x 3m expo wall, skirt graphic and added on a promotional table which gave us a professional look and feel.

Instead of using specific products in the graphics we choose great lifestyle images and heavily branded all the displays, helping us to address our challenge of having current and updated material that we could continue to use. We now have a great asset that we can take anywhere and set up easily to promote Kaiser Baas, both domestically and internationally. The best part about our presence at this event is that CU has now taken us on board in a partnership, giving us a distributor in the UK market, we couldn’t be happier with this result – a massive win for us! The expo display is currently front and centre in the foyer of our headquarters in Rowville, Victoria.
